Ellenzweig completed a feasibility study, programming, design, and construction administration services for new 8,000 gsf clinical simulation center located on the fourth floor of the existing Behrakis Health Sciences Center building; the Simulation Center serves the Bouvé College of Health Sciences, including the School of Nursing, the Department of Physical Therapy, and the Physician Assistant Department.

The project included establishing a vision and program for the new facility, analyzing the renovation options to optimally locate the new simulation center within the existing building, and providing support and documentation for fundraising efforts. Program includes large and small bed labs with high-fidelity simulators (manikins), observation rooms, debriefing classrooms, exam rooms for standardized patients, patient lounge, student waiting area, and offices.
